Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the Research & Development team in exploring cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Define the technical vision and architectural standards for all AI products, ensuring security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the professional development of junior talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to handle real-time data processing at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
