Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure that meets the demands of the 2026 product roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy for AI models, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research scientists to translate cutting-edge academic findings into production-ready code and systems.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model latency, throughput, and resource utilization to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high concurrency.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading diverse engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies clearly.
