Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of next-generation AI models and platforms.
- Lead the "Vision 2026" technical roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems are highly scalable, secure, and ethically compliant.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling complex AI products from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
