Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 AI research roadmap, focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure to support petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains competitive.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Proven ability to publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
