Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support real-time processing and predictive analytics.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in software engineering and machine learning operations.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
