Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning systems and data pipelines.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under high load.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus.
