Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of handling exabytes of data processing for 2026 and future enterprise demands.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emergent AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Tech Stack Definition: Define the technical roadmap, selecting and optimizing the latest frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and custom quantum-accelerated libraries.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and guiding junior talent through complex architectural challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract research concepts into tangible, deployable product features.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and ensure AI outputs adhere to global compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Education: Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proven track record of optimizing deep learning models for inference and training.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and apply them to solve real-world business problems.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead large, cross-functional teams through complex technical transitions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
