Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Enhance model inference speed and accuracy using Rust and GPU acceleration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers in best practices for ethical AI and deep learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for integrating emerging technologies into our core platforms.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize large-scale data pipelines and handle petabyte-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
