Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-level workloads.
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) for diverse applications.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Drive the integration of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP) into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specializing in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping high-impact software.
