Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures capable of solving complex optimization problems.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI integration.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for a team of 10+ senior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
