Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural design for our flagship 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum interfaces, and Neural Networks.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and engineering standards.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to align technical execution with business objectives.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen architectures to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and machine learning frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into strategic technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
