- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic technologies, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory landscapes to forecast future technological shifts.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a world-class team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists passionate about innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ethical implications of AI deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing, Autonomous Agents).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from conception to successful launch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
