Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic vision framework across all business units
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, neurotech integration) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish foresight protocols using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist incubator team
- Pioneer partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
