Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural goals with long-term business strategy.
- Design high-availability, distributed systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Lead the migration strategy to next-gen cloud environments, ensuring zero-downtime transitions.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Security) to drive feature delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI integration and quantum computing readiness for 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and orchestration.
- Strong command of System Design principles and scalability patterns.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
