- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in a high-performance, agile environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rust, Python, Go, and experience with distributed ledger technologies.
