- Design highly scalable, future-proof architectures that anticipate market shifts and customer demands.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance team of engineers and product managers.
- Present strategic insights, ROI projections, and technical blueprints to key stakeholders and board members.
- Identify potential tech bottlenecks and proactively design mitigation strategies for upcoming fiscal years.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or a similar leadership role.
- Deep, demonstrable understanding of emerging tech trends expected to mature by 2026.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling cross-functional engineering teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
