Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ night shift team members, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
- Coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain clear communication with day shift leadership
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior management
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Proven expertise with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational metrics
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
