Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global teams across multiple time zones
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system issues during off-peak hours
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management through structured presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in regulated industries
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
