- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during night hours to align project objectives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational schedules
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for night-shift collaboration
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
