Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly transactional data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Develop detailed financial models and KPI dashboards for executive leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements for system enhancements
- Conduct root cause analysis of nightly operational discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders through interactive visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across multiple ERP and CRM systems during off-peak hours
- Lead UAT testing for new features deployed during maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in night shift or rotational schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and supply chain optimization principles
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar project management platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact analysis for Fortune 500 companies
