Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and process flowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops
- Validate solutions through testing and implementation support
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
