Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements for night shift operations
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across time zones
- Validate data integrity and report discrepancies during night shift windows
- Support system implementations and UAT during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience as Business Analyst in night shift environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management skills with remote teams
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
