Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and KPI tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to support real-time decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical requirements

Qualifications
