Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, and process maps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, performance gaps, and improvement areas
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support UAT testing and ensure successful implementation of business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and requirement management software
- Strong experience documenting business processes and creating functional specifications
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment with self-directed work ethic
- Experience with agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
