Responsibilities
- Translate complex business objectives into detailed requirements documents and process flows
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops across global teams to identify pain points
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Develop and maintain data models supporting strategic decision-making
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership
- Facilitate agile sprint planning and retrospectives during night shift cycles
- Document business processes and maintain requirements traceability matrices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedules
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
