Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation including business process diagrams, user stories, flowcharts, and system specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
