Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering sessions to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver agile sprints and ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SRS, and test plans while adhering to SDLC best practices
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis with night shift or rotational schedule exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Proven track record in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization and requirement validation
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with excellent written communication skills
