Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality deliverables
- Track KPIs using Jira, Asana, or similar project tools
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Generate progress reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/healthcare
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Expertise in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Trello, or Monday.com
