Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define clear business objectives and project scope.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure successful software delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data models, process flows, and test plans.
- Monitor project milestones and KPIs to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
