Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise-level software projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Develop process maps, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system optimization strategies
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage project deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Expertise in requirements gathering and UML modeling
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on deadline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems in manufacturing environments
