As a key member of our analysis team, you will drive process improvement initiatives and ensure our software solutions align perfectly with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps (UML/BPMN), and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT development teams to ensure clear communication.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and mitigating risks during the SDLC.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying root causes of business problems and proposing effective solutions.
