Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end month-end/quarter-end accounting cycles during night shift operations
- Lead team of 5 accounting professionals across multiple GL functions
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for executive review
- Implement internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
- Collaborate with international teams across APAC and EMEA regions
- Drive process optimization initiatives using SAP and Oracle systems
- Present financial insights to C-suite during morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA required)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience with night shift leadership
- Expert proficiency in SAP FICO and Oracle EBS
- SOX compliance and SOX 404 testing experience
- Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills
- Ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced Excel skills with Power BI/Tableau proficiency
- Proven track record of process improvement in high-volume environments
