Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing processes with precision during overnight shifts
- Manage general ledger operations and financial reporting systems
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and intercompany transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement internal controls for night shift financial operations
- Lead team of 3-5 night shift accounting specialists
- Develop financial models for overnight business operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years corporate accounting experience with night shift background
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Proven leadership experience in remote/night shift teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to make autonomous decisions during off-peak hours
