Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day reconciliation and global transaction processing
- Coordinate cross-departmental night shift operations (IT, Finance, Compliance)
- Lead crisis management for overnight system incidents and escalations
- Implement process improvements for overnight workflow efficiency
- Manage team performance metrics and KPI reporting for executive leadership
- Ensure regulatory compliance across international markets during off-hours
- Conduct shift handovers with day-shift managers using proprietary software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations Management
- 5+ years in corporate operations or financial services
- Night shift experience with 24/7 operational environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong crisis management and decision-making capabilities
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing remote/shift teams
- Expert knowledge of NYSE and international market regulations
