Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate operations during night shift hours, ensuring 24/7 business continuity
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 15+ night shift professionals across departments
- Implement and optimize operational processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones for seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts, ensuring minimal downtime for enterprise platforms
- Generate executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership review
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery protocols for overnight operations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives specific to night shift team dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations with night shift leadership
- Proven track record managing teams of 10+ in high-pressure environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent operational excellence training
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in crisis management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-shift handovers
