Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with corporate clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and technical issues with speed and accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Update client accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success or corporate support roles.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- High level of problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation (commute to DC is required).
