Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts during the night shift to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Resolve complex client escalations and technical issues with urgency, precision, and empathy.
- Analyze performance metrics and nightly data to identify trends and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Conduct nightly check-ins and team coordination meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift leadership team to ensure continuity of care and seamless handovers.
- Document client interactions and account status updates in the CRM system accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or corporate support.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
