Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value corporate accounts during the night shift.
- Resolve complex client escalations and issues with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on account health to upper management.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Conduct nightly quality assurance checks on support tickets and communications.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
