Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve complex client issues with patience and precision, escalating critical matters to upper management when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features and service delivery based on customer feedback.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our corporate products to provide accurate technical and operational support.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
