Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and billing issues for corporate clients with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately update client records and resolve discrepancies in the internal CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to senior management while providing comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with the day-shift support team to ensure a seamless 24/7 service experience.
- Identify common customer pain points and suggest process improvements to the operations manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Must be available to work a consistent Night Shift schedule.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or corporate support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
