Responsibilities
- Analyze nightly financial data to ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly variance reports for executive review
- Support month-end closing processes during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor cash flow positions across global markets
- Develop ad-hoc financial models for strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Professional certification (CMA/CPA) preferred
