Responsibilities
- Manage real-time financial reporting and reconciliation during night shift operations
- Oversee corporate payroll processing and vendor payment cycles
- Conduct end-of-day financial audits and compliance checks
- Lead cross-departmental financial strategy sessions for global markets
- Implement and optimize night shift financial controls and procedures
- Coordinate with international teams for real-time financial decision-making
- Prepare executive financial briefings for morning leadership reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate finance experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent financial systems
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
