Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud systems, and network operations during night shift hours
- Execute system backups, patches, and updates with zero-downtime precision
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for global employees during overnight hours
- Document incident reports, performance metrics, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless cross-functional continuity
- Proactively identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in real-time
- Optimize system performance through regular maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and firewall management
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
- Strong written documentation skills and proficiency in ITSM tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM
