Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Utilize project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track progress and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Information Technology sector.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, remote-first hybrid environment.
