Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define project scope and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement Agile methodologies and track KPIs for continuous improvement
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or fintech clients
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record in requirements gathering for complex systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
