Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements across departments
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using BPMN and UML
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Perform data analysis and create compelling visualizations using SQL and Tableau
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness against business goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement KPI tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in data warehousing environments
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Experience with process modeling tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
