Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create data-driven reports using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to support decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Document workflows, user stories, and system requirements
- Lead UAT sessions and validate solution effectiveness
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Expertise in process mapping and requirement documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of FinTech or automotive industry regulations
