Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and visualization techniques
- Document detailed requirements specifications and create user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business language
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections for new initiatives
- Maintain and optimize data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business analysis projects
