Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using BPMN, UML, and data modeling techniques
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead JIRA-managed Agile sprints and coordinate with development teams for seamless implementation
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flowcharts
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to uncover insights and validate solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships during system integrations and solution deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or FinTech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Advanced SQL skills with complex data manipulation and reporting experience
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation platforms
