Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for enterprise projects
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create data models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business goals
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed solutions
- Validate system implementations against business requirements through UAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP certification
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement initiatives
